The Shield Top Coat by Tenoverten is a top coat that offers even coverage and chip prevention, as highlighted by Sarah in her video review. Sarah mentions that after applying the top coat, it provides a glossy finish and helps maintain the longevity of her nail polish. However, she advises being cautious if you tend to apply nail polish heavily, as it can remove some of the polish. Sarah demonstrates this by pointing out a small dot near her cuticle where the top coat removed the polish. Despite this, she concludes that The Shield Top Coat is a great product, especially for those who work with their hands frequently. Overall, Sarah recommends giving it a try.
However, Bethany does note that there is some slight chipping after wearing the top coat for three days, indicating that it may not be completely foolproof. Despite this, she emphasizes that the top coat does a good job of protecting the color of her nails.
