This EVOO comes in four different infused flavors to give your meals an additional level of flavor. The Garlic Olive Oil enhances your pasta and bruschetta. The Chili Olive Oil packs a punch with premium spicy notes of the pungency of Italian spices. Use the Lemon Olive Oil atop your next salad or pasta, or as a zesty seasoning for fish carpaccio, and the Basil is perfect for tomatoes, salads, fish, bruschetta and pizza. Packaged in decorative tins to protect the integrity of the oil. Each tin is 100ml.

CHILI: infused with chili peppers, the PEPERONCINO flavor gives your meals an additional level of flavor. The strong olive oil has a lovely level of spice and goes perfectly with meat and fish dishes, tomato sauces, and drizzled over pizza for an extra kick.
GARLIC: The intense and sweet aroma of this garlic - or AGLIO - olive oil is ideal for meats, stews, vegetables, and in the preparation of sauces and salads.

What else you need to know

Produced on an olive farm located between the sea and Italian mountains, Tenuta Sant'Ilario manages the whole production line from olive growing, production, processing and packing of their olive oils. The olives are harvested by hand, using traditional techniques and then processed with some mechanical aids.
