Okay I've always wanted a cool knife like this and I finally got one. This is the Thai Chef's Knife number two from Verve Culture and first things first it comes in this really cool wooden box which makes it great to give as a gift but it's also kind of the perfect knife. It has a longer blade and a solid wood handle so the balance is really nice for slicing and dicing just about anything.
