Ingredients:
1/4 red onion, diced
3 strips turkey bacon, cubed
1 cup baby potatoes, quartered
6 eggs
2 @Mission Foods burrito sized tortillas
Shredded cheese
Sriracha
Salt
Pepper
Instructions:
1. In a pan, saute bacon, potatoes and onion, then whisk in 6 eggs
2. Once eggs are cooked, add in sriracha, salt, and pepper
3. Split egg mixture evenly between tortillas, roll into burritos, then brown burritos on both sides
