148Baking is my favorite activity to do with my kids, especially during the holidays, let me share with you one of our favorite of favorites SUGAR COOKIES this is our family’s favorite and my kids have fun coating them, so I hope you give them a try and d enjoy them just as much as we do!!!
Tips!
You can use a stand mixer or a whisk so don’t worry, this cookies are fast and easy to make!
Once cookies have cooled down, store them in a plastic bag, this cookies are good for up to 1-2 weeks if stored in airtight container.
Ingredients:
1 cup (2 sticks) soften salted butter
3/4 - 1 1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup powder sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp Mexican vanilla blend
1 egg
1 tsp baking powder
2 1/4 cup APF
