starting 75 hard tomorrow not posting everyday but I just wanted to update you 🫡🫡 I usually start 75 day hard when I feel mentally weak and undisciplined- lazy and depressed. It’s just been hard to get out of bed lately and doing something hard every day has helped me in the past with this feeling. I don’t really do it for the physical, but it will be cool to see what happens. I did it last year and almost finished but then I broke my foot and had to quit at day 72 or something like that and it did not sit well with me lol I’m not usually a toxic gym girl but I do like tough love sometimes..when I need it 😅

Day three of the weighted hula hoop challenge. Technically, I had to double up today since I actually missed day three, but minor details. How we use our core muscles while hula hooping is what’s supposed to help build core strength and help with diastasis recti. I also want to mention that I don’t JUST hula hoop. I incorporate it into my other workouts. I share workouts and exercises that can help with diastasis recti not just for aesthetics or weightloss, but because strengthening your core postpartum can help with pelvic floor pain, pelvic floor dysfunction, back pain, and even intimacy.
